ORDER PROCESS:
Once order is placed I will send you a proof within 24 hours. Please check your messages to keep your order going in a timely manner. If your order is placed on the weekend, your proof will be sent on the following Monday. If I do not receive a response to the proof, the item will be shipped by the anticipated ship date without proof approval.
For all returns/exchanges check out our shop policies. There are no returns on custom order request.

The woods used are natural materials so the appearance of each grain may slightly vary.
As with all-natural wood please take care with extended exposure to water.
We use a laser to cut the sign which causes a unique look with charred edges.
My goal is to get you the best deal on shipping possible. I work with UPS, FedEx and USPS. Please let me know shipping address and I will be able to get you the best option, especially if shipping to Hawaii or out of the USA.
